Lines is fucked, failed diagnostic test,cant connect, engineers are trying to fix up at the exchange and it could take up to 17 hours! Fuckin shit that! <img src= "smileys/mad.gif">

hmmm first time i have heard of anyhting wrong with BT, three of my mates are with NTL and all of them had major problems with it
