i love the koenigsegg ... the way the windscreen wraps around the cockpit with a seemingly invisible A pillar is just pure sex ...

But i have noticed, (excluding the focus WRC) and including one of my other fave cars of all time the Carrera GT, all have a very similair shaped shell ... so i must have a fetish for that slick, low aerodynamic exotic racer look

As much as I love the Escort Cosworths, RS2000s, Mexicos etc for what they are in terms of mechanical genius, and ralley heritage they are still ford escorts at the end of the day and aren't really considered as "beautiful" cars

some people really do find them aesthetically pleasing, despite the fact they are a 'beefed' up escort.

for me some of the recent range of new Alfa Romeos have been beautiful cars. i see them and think wow ! that is stunning.

Original Jag E type, 300SL gullwing, Miura (of course), original Mini, maybe the Dodge charger or the Citroen DS. I think some posters have gone from best looking to "fastest in a straight line" without thought for the aesthetic.
