back to a new year of broken promises and crappy jobs to do,

currently do 1 in 4 weekends there is no work to do as 2 members of the team cover sat/sun, we were told by the manager we would then do 1 in 8 with only one person in on the weekend so there is actually work to do.

get an email today saying we will carry on as normall it may be february when we trial the idea, absolute balls... amazes me how some people end up as managers tbh

thing is i normally struggle to get into work for 8am (i normally start around that time so 7.30/8/8.30/9) and i always stuggle! but as its dead early its easier? madness i know and the thing is its once every so often so not like gtta do it all the time!

my mum came up onto my floor and actually proded me as she obviously thought I was dead.

Came back to work and had a really productive meeting though, been offered a new role and a payrise. Also found out I wont be doing alot of the tedious jobs I was doing before. Happy Days.

lol well the story was, me and my man had tickets to go out and celebrate in george square, but he got told he had to work, so i had the option of going out to celebrate or work, so i thought id work for double time, and then go and stay with him afterwards :)
