I'm going to be looking for some 306 GTI-6 calipers and heard that they were also used on other peugeot and citroen models.
Can anyone verify this, and if so what were the other models?
Any info much appreciated.:y:

ah, I had thought they were 266mm's.
also, are there different caliper manufacturers for the 283's?
I know there are 2 different types for the VTR, ATE type and something else?

they dont all use the same brakes. so dont go thinking that just because they take a 283mm disc they use the smae discs and pads as the gti6.

ah, so am I right in thinking the only 'correct' ones to use are the Lucas-made GTI-6 ones?
I've seen these re-conditioned for 50 quid plus vat per caliper.

hagg - there is no 'correct' ones to use, all will provide just as good braking, excepct you'll prob end up paying more for gt6 brakes just because they are off a gti.
