when lowering your car i can get up to the washer when i getto the cam shaped washer it will not budge how can i get it to move? ive tried everything should i just take it to a garage to let them do it?

mix some coke with WD40 then spray that on
clean all the shit off them
put a bar on it and hit it with a hammer
use a screwdriver to wiggle it out
