dvla misspelled name on my logbook

Just got my logbook for my vtr back and they have spelt my name daniee instead of daniel. Does anybody know if it is worth sorting out?. I'm trying to think of a time i've had to use a logbook in the past, and all I can think of is renewing my car tax. And even then the old dear behind the counter didn't pay much attention to it.

i would sort it out if i was you because if you needed to claim on ur insurance they could turn round and say but the car isn't your's

Just spoke to somebody now he said to circle the spelling mistake and send it back with a signed declaration. Said it wont be a problem untill I try and renew my car tax.

The problem was the fella I bought the car off could barely speak english. Thinking about it it's lucky he got it as close as he did.

Found out when I went to doctors and they thought I was scheduled for a hip examination......I had the mumps FFS
