My boss has just approached me asking if I know of any internet/webmail services that BT offer? Ive had a look on thier site, but its full of rubbish that doesn't get to the point. What I want to know is do BT offer a webmail service that you can pay for? Which offer's at least 2Gb of mail storage. It will be used as a forwarded account so a memeber of management can access emails

What about Gmail? Thats a pretty well established webmail system. Hotmail is poor and outdated & most ISPs like BT only offer POP3 mail (certainly used to anyway). Could sign his soul to the devil and get him a live.com account?

A member of staff has two accounts, one is used for remote connection. But due to certain issue's they require a webmail service, that you can simply just log onto with an internet connection

The best thing for your company to invest in then is an Exchange Mailserver and all employees can then (when setup correctly) access their mail (same inbox) from their desk, home, mobile (ie blackberry, iPhone).
Its also easier to maintain and manage rather than a load of gmail accounts. All emails are then addressed to name@yourcompany.co.uk for example rather than name@gmail.com
You'll also have the advantage of setting the inbox size to whatever you want.... or even unlimited - you're just limited to the amount of space on the hard drive in the server (which is easily upped by adding a new drive to the storage array)
Hope that helps.

We have got one, but there are other issue's that render this not very usable. With regards to the accounts it would just be the one

Well I just spoken to management and were sorting something out, so hopefully wont have to go the webmail route. I can't really discuss the issue's but rest assure we have found a solution:A:
