as for the others someone should blagg em, i tried to get my "FREE" gill razor fussion when they first come out (offer on the official website) never received it, so i wrote them a letter complaining about how iv used them for years blabla, and they cant even send me a free new razor to which the new razors on their own cost like 50% more than the price of the now old ones.

week later, about £60 worth of vouchers to use in boots turned up and a free razor. lovely customer services :)
