Right, not sure what to do, so i thought i'd seek everyone's advise.
On the 24th December i paid for a simota induction kit (identical to a bmc), and as yet it's still not arrived. At first i thought it could take a few days as it was xmas and new year, but i ordered 2 things the day before and they came on the 2nd of jan.
I paid via paypal, so will be able to get my money back, but i want the kit tbh as it was a bargain.
Have also sent the guy 3-4 messages but have had no reply,
So, do i wait abit longer to see if it arrive's or open a dispute?
cheers

If i was you, id wait another week then raise a dispute if he dosent reply to your emails and take it to paypal aswell and go through their process for a refund.
Where did you buy the induction kit from? Was it in the UK. Also as you paid by paypal it might have done it by a e-voucher i think it is or some random thing by paypal, i had a couple of random ones like that and it took about 3/4 weeks for it to clear!

start worrying inabout 10 days :y: the seller only has 3 feedback none of which are from him selling stuff, also the things he has brought are very low value, and poeple sometimes do this to bump up their feedback score to make buyers feel confident buying from them.
