if i get a decat manifold i wouldnt pass an mot because the cat in the system is knackered.. how hard would it be to weld a pipe in?

buy a decatpipe for the exhaust and fit that in place of the cat

shouldn't need welding if its off a mk1 as the decat pipes bolt straight on in place of the cat

i live by longlife so i was thinkin of popping down there and seeing if they had any off cuts. and maybe asking if they could fit it for me for some cash.

i might go to my local mot centre tonight and see if they have any off cuts and get the welders in work to weld it for me.

well i got a pipe last night cut it to length got the welders in work to weld it and i fitted this afternoon and it fits perfect im well happy with it.
