HELP!!

i have water dripping down from the light were the sun roof is!! it drips really slowly, but need to get it sorted?

any idea where the leak is coming from?

the age old sunroof leak.

sunroof seal. Pull seal up, re-silicone and push it down hard.

or could be the aerial base leaking. Will just need tightening up

where about is this seal? is it the glass squashes against?

where do i tighten up that base?

Wind your sunroof all the way back, and pull the seal up around the opening. I found that I had a leak right in one of the front corners, as this is where all the water congregates when it rains/wash the car.

As for the aerial base, its a bolt underneath the aerial base from what I have heard others say. Never had to do that one myself.

just to let ya know..it was the aerial base that was leaking...tightening didn't close the gap so had to lift it and pack it with sealer!! waiting for it to dry so i can rub the mess round it off

was going to be my other suggestion, 90% of the time its the sunroof, make a point of checking it as well

ye i put water all around it as well just to make sure the water seal was tight there as well and all seems to be fine!

does anyone else notice alot of condensation builds up on the inside of the car?

ive got the same problem. i took it to my local citroen n they said they cudnt do it, so went to a windscreen place n they said ai wud hav 2 go 2 a special sunroof place!

Seems like water is either getting in through the sunroof seal, or the aerial base.

When i did the sunroof seal I just pulled up the edge that looked like it was up a bit (when the sunrrof closed, it pulled the rubber up) then I shoved the silicone gun in there , pumped some in.. pushed the seal back down, and held it there with some little clamps.

As for the aerial base, I have no idea as I didnt have to do that one.
Anyone know about that ??

i've got a problem with me sunrrof seal. it just wont fit right. 3 out of the 4 corners will fit in perfect but as son as i try fitting in the 4th corner the diagnoally opposite corner cums out and so my car leaks! do you know if these seals are expensive, as i havnt had time yet to go chek myself?

have no idea to be honest matey..
May be worth contacting Citroens with chassis number handy (as usually they dont quotes prices without that) and ask them how much it will be.
if you do, post a reply in this thread as to how much it costs, just in reference for others with the same fault.
