Heres a brief synopsis:

He compares the Helath care system in America to that in the UK, France and Cuba. In America as you have to pay for Healthcare however over 50 million Americans dont have Health insurance as they cant afford it or have been declined cover. Basically he shows that the private health care companys in America will do almost anyhting to not pay out in the event of an accident or illness. He then goes to UK and France where there is free universal healthcare and then finally he meets 3 Fire fighters who worked at ground zero on 9/11... since then they have had different lung problems etc, yet cannot get treated in America bcoz they cant affor it. So he takes them to Cuba and they get worldclass medical treatment for free!! yet these 'American Heroes' cannot get treated at home. Another part of the film i thought very good was where the guy who runs the biggest Anti Michael moore website posted a msg saying his wife took ill and he had to stop the site coz her operation was gunna cost 12,000 dollars and they cudnt afford it. Michael moore sent him an anonymous cheque for the 12,000 dollars. Basically the film shows how greed and corruption stemming from the American government has destroyed the health systhem there and they dont give a fook about their people... ive prob spoiled it now for nayone who hasnt seen it, but its the satirical way its delivered which makes it so good!

yea but ours isnt free like people seem to think, we pay alot more tax than america which covers our health service, yes theres is crap if they aint covered bla bla but both have pros and cons,

where as usa might have to wait a while to affrd treatment (should have had insurance or however that works)
we have COVER, but have to wait years to get the treatment done.

and america is renound ofr being dodgey and only thinking about its own survival, they are renound for giving firearms to countries in return for gas and oil supplies, (most things they done go unknown) also alot deaper to do with drugs in south america, el salvador n columbia. but then again im sure brittain aint perfect but i would doubt as dodgey as usa.
