Sunroof

Hi all

Gonnna be buying a Vtr rather soon...seen a 1999 with 50k on the clock, the women said it has a leak in the sunroof? and is missing the wheel trim around the body work on the drivers side front wheel...it is £850 i think id be able to knock it down a bit but how much would it cost to put right?

Sun roof, could just be blocked rain channels, a coat hanger will sort this. It could be leaking under the aerial, which just requires unbolting it oacking with sealant and rebolting.

Wheel trim, you mean the body work on the front arch, about £20 at most to replace.

not very much tbh.

can pick up vt* body parts pretty cheap and easyily too, also the sunroof seems to be a common thing.

just get a new seal and clear out the draining pipes, it's a job you can do yourself tbh.

i'm sure you can knock the price down a touch, then whack a deposit down and it's yours pretty much then.
