vts driving its self!!!

My vts is driving its self only in 2nd and third, Any clues what i can do? Also it told me the other day that it is overheating and the revs stuck at 3k!! It couldnt be hot though because i just started , maybe 2 miles! Never heard my fan on either????

Does it feel like it's about to take off even when you take your foot off the gas? If so mine did this on the way home from the mechanics. Looked under the bonnet and the induction kit had fallen off!!!!!!!!!

sounds like a sensor acting up throttle body position sensor get it down to citroen run a dignostics and see what they say

no, it just sits around 2, 2.5k and can drive with my foot of the acelerator for ages, the induction kit is still there!!!! lol:P

maybe the accelerator cable is stuck?

runs on the clutch , if it is driving at 15mph mine does it , my mums tigra used to do it

Do i need a new clutch, it squeeks alot when its not running, ???
