what saxo cant decide between these 2??

:panic: right im going to get a new saxo this week on monday im travelling from edinburgh and ive found to i like one is a white mk1 with 64k mot'd but no tax for 1600 and the other is a posi blue mk2 vtr with 97k mileage lets it down but has way more history than the mk1 and i recon i could get the mk 2 for a good price due to mileage,now i just cant decide between the to off them and what one as i like them both,so opinions please guys on them both.:panic: links to both cars.

the mk 2 one is nice, exhaust looks huge though, and i rip the stickers off it straight away. the white is lower milage though and i love white saxo's.

i contacted the buyer and was arranging to book a train on monday and go get it and he was wanting 1600 for it but im not keen on payin 1600 then havin to tax it which is 90 then fuel cause no doubt will be empy so its going to cost me all in about 1800 which for a mk1 thats alot like and i dont think he will budge on his price.i mite just bid on it instead and see,just like to have an opinion from someone else thats all

and i just checked on the aaroutefinder and he is 140miles away and he could meet me half way which is only newcastle which is an hour away for me compare to it being 4 hours on a train there and 4 hours back

That Mk2 looks quite tidy. I hate Full CC'd White VT's they need the black to break it all up!!

Dunno how much Mk2 Is worth.

If I had to buy one of those two I'd go for the Mk2 but TBH I'd rather just scout around and see if I can get a better standard one.

i love clones car but it need mot in a month plus it doesnt have a front drivers arch and im not spending 2k on something that needs a few 100quid on it and it mite need more for its mot aswell
