Jusr got my new number plates today, they are like the french ones but have the GB badge instead. Just want to know how would i stick them to the car without having to screw them on as i dont want to run the risk of cracking them?

I use specific double sided sticky pads intened for sticking number plates to cars... they are brilliant, mine cetainly arent going anywhere... are you def intending on putting them on? As i have a shed loads and could post you a few out if you wanted to wait..failing that, i would imagine you could get a similar thing from a hardware store of something!

have abit of a slight problem, the screws on my front number plate have rusted up and i cant screw them off! should i just drill the screws out?

either that, or try with some plyers if the head on it is big enough.

Same as mine, I've got pressed plates with UK font.

Had them on for 7/8 months, not probs with police and passed MOT :)

pressed plates now are ilegal except for cars before 197? cant remeber exact might be 73 not sure.

so if you get pulled your at hte policemans descression so you may even get a £30-60 fine for pressed plates dont reflect as well as standard ones.
