When i need a part i usually use this site
http://www.1stchoice.co.uk/Default.aspx
but it depends what you need cus you'll have p+p charges on top of the price.

Definately insurance for that.
Have you had any quotes yet for replacing parts and getting bits painted up again?
Unless the person is in a pretty high paid job i dare say they still wont have enough money to pay for the repairs at the end of the month

from that pic lt at least looks like new bumper & grille ...
might be ok aslong as everything is fastened and doesn't stick out at all

I can't see that work being a lot at all. Approach some local bodyshops for quotes.
If you're not at fault, then why aren't you thinking about going through insurance? Like with all incidents, the third party would have to admit liability, which he may have done at the scene but their story usually changes when they've had a chance to think about it. You'd be best to report it to your insurance company so they're aware and you should have his details of which you will have to pass to your insurance company. These things can take time and what tends to happen is you'll have to pay your excess, have the car repaired and then when the insurance companies have found the third party at fault, they would then claim the monies back from him. If the other person didn't want it to go through insurance (as he'd loose all or some of his NCB), then get prices from bodyshops, give him a copy of the quote and then request cash/cheque for the work. He'd also have to pay for a courtesey car if you needed one.

I see. As for scrap yards, PM MikeCracknell because a while ago, he posted up a link to a service where they'll search across many different scrap/parts places for the part(s) you're after. It might be similar to the link that somebody else has already posted.

Parts Gateway is another one i used when looking for parts. Works the same way as 1st choice. You request the parts & they speak to their network of scrappies/salvage yards.
BUT i would definitely go through the insurance, especially as its his fault.
I take it you're ok & the only damage was to the car??

Hope you sort it soon
