Buy some lowering springs, fit em yourself or if you cant get a local garage to do it for you.
Then get someone to lower the torsion bar, but make sure they know what theyre on a bout first!

Just take it to the garage to get it done if your friend has any doubts at all. Wont cost an awful lot, cost me a total of £80 to do the front and back.

Easy as to do the front.. take the strut off get a spring compressor.. remove the old springs put the new one's on and hey presto, www.kam-racing.com for the eibach sportlines.

Torsion bar.. Better off taking it to a garage if your mate doesnt know what he's doing, All you need to do is take it to a garage tell them you want the torsion bar on the rear adjusted to match the front :y:

personally would recommed you get a garage to it. especially with the torsion bar - i took mine to a v good garage and it still took them 3 hours to get the bar out!
