urgent! simple question though!

Basically, im off on a trip in about an hour, and I know this may sound stupid but I cant find the bloody engine coolant in my engine. Ive even looked at the diagram in the manual I have, and where it says it is, is what seems to be my ECU. I have a Mk2 silvertop VTR 2000. I have a tube next to my radiator, guessing that this should be up to max with water? Or is this where my water coolant goes?
Sorry for being an idiot, lol. And I know it seems like a really lame question.

your coolant goes in the tube next to the radiator. top it up until its full and then run the engine until its warm. then let it cool and check the level again and top up if necessary..make sure you wait until its cooled before you open the cap up tho.
