So very soon i am having my vtr engine out and vts in. I am just wondering whats the easiest way to tell the dvla.Do they send some one out to look at your car? Or do they just send you new paper work?

I've only ever heard of insurance companies, sometime sending out engineers to look over engine conversions. You should be ok to just ring up your local office and they will prob send the relevant forms.
