W reg 2000, got it with 16000 its now done 28000. Still runs well, smooth power. Had the usual saxo problems - leaking sunroof, pas pipe developed a hole due to lowering and it needed a new rad last year. Great fun to drive though..... people come racing up behind thinking you're in a vtr then you drop a cog and boot it they soon realise its an s!

Paid £6500 for mine, but i've seen them same year for about £4500 recently. Just look at as many as you can, take your time and buy the best you can.

S Reg 66K, I've only had it 6 months and haven't had many problems yet(touch wood), but the owner of it before me said it's had a new radiator a little while back, and yes it is still fast! smileys/smiley4.gif

2003 on a 03 plate 15000 miles ive had it 3 months now and I LOVE IT. i had a vtr b 4 which to be honest was a great car but this is in a different league. comfort, safety, (i love the alloys on the vts and easier to clean lol ) oh yeah nearly forgot 8 extra valves smileys/smiley2.gif ...ive had a few jobs done on it, a new fixing kit for the exhaust and i had a vibration which u felt through the gas pedal at 3200rpm, but its all be fixed and im still happy with it (bloody airbag light came on yesterday lol.)
Also for some reasonsmileys/smiley2.gif i dont get young lads in there polished piece of shite driving up my arse wanting a race like i did in the vtrsmileys/smiley7.gif

GET 1....

01 VTS, 23000miles now (got it with 9600miles on the clock for £5500 from main dealer)

love the car, had it lowered -40, s/s zorst, bmc induction kit and it drives really well for a french car !!! LOL

go for it, remember that a VTS has a cat1 alarm (should bring the insurance down a little !!!

VTS doesn't have cat 1 alarm, it has a cat 2 immobiliser which can be upgraded either with a Citroen alarm or aftermarket 2->1 system.

3rd party only will be a risk. Its upto you at the end of the day. Would say try your hardest to get fully comp, but its your decision. You will love the vts if you get one.
