squeaking noise

Hi I have just bought a y reg vtr and when I got home I noticed a noise coming from the front of the car I think its coming from the front wheel when you are going slow you can hear it and when you turn the steering wheel it gets worse what do you think it could be? cheers

Had the car jacked up yesterday put in gear and i let it run sound like its coming from left passenger side front wheel stopped the wheel and the noise went off then took the wheel off cv boot was leaking of grease does any1 think the noise could be that
