Bumper dropped

My car being lowered catches on curbs when im paring forwards, i try not 2 get 2 close 2 them, but not being the best parker sometimes my bumper gets on 2 the curb. When i got 2 reverse off it scrapes and over time the bumpers got loose and has dropped. Was wondering if any1 knew how to get the bumper back 2 the proper height.

there are bolts on the inside of the bumper, just see if they have come loose :y:
