As in title, i am thinking about doing a single wiper conversion and i was wondering are they worth it? and what your opinions are about them?

Also this one is on ebay and would it do the job? (would i need ought else?)

would only ever use a storm single wiper conversion , ive done a few now on different cars and all worked/fitted a treat !

I've got that one and the linkage is better than the storm one. Arm is nice but the spring doesn't push the blade onto the window hard enough so sometimes you get bits that aren't cleared.

I have my original arm on at the mo and that's fine

eh yeh LOl its storm PMSL you pay for what you get the storm one is good any proper modifier will tell you that ;)

plus i have emailed that seller about which one it is the stainless steel one or the satin black cos i got myselfa storm one.

his is the stainless steel one (WHICH IS NOT ROAD LEGAL) its only for show. dont belive me check there website out ;).

The way any other cars wipers work seem to bother me lol. A Rover ive driven barely wipes above my eye sight, and the C4 wipers come from the middle which i didnt like.

The saxos wipers are juuusst riight! :)

I would choose storm because they are the best known make for single wipers, a mate had one fitted on his car and has never had trouble with it. I think they look the part as well:)

they stay in the middle on saxo's and 106's seen to many at shows to not notice them lol.

but with the storm one there industry standard so there good quality and everyone knows about them :)

well anyways get one but get the storm one at least you get warrenty with it and its new :) and road legal.plus is storm as said good quality pay for what you get.

you cant be that tight assed to spend £75 for a single wiper.

I am waiting till my college exams are over before i do my bootbuild and i won't have to pay for materials - wood. I will only have to pay for the amp and leather.

you havea 1000watt sub you are goin to have to get a decent amp which costs save your money and use it to get a top of the range amp so your boot build will look spot on!

you said your tight assed with money so im just getting worried you will turn up with a hampster powerd amp.

your looking at £120+ for the amp to run 1,000watts and it will need to be at a good RMS or it will sound crap.

i had a storm single wiper on my saxo and i hated it.

it looked smart when it was fitted but when it was raining it was useless imo.
