WTF is the point in that, should just go to the chemist, if they run out then they go to a hosp, not look for a "vending machine" pure and utter DUMB... americans at their best.

I know my mates mum used to take a smoke because she had MS which is fair enough as she has been in a wheel chair the past 15 years or so, They should legalise it for folk with disabilities.
