how much diesel did you put in, was there any petrol in as well?

if it aint much diesel, you can fill the tank with petrol, then you can burn off the diesel by driving at high rpm, the car will run like shit lol

or you can just drain it all off.

diesel is waxy as hell, i would clean your plugs and change your filter after its all gone to be on the safe side.

best bet is to drain off the diesel, then clean plugs and filter.

put in petrol and drive it at high revs for a minute or two to make sure the diesel is all burnt off

i had about 5 pound of petrol in there and i mistakenly picked up the diesel nozzle, and put in 10 pounds worth.
Do you think i should syphon as much out as poss and then fill up the rest with petrol.
when you say filter are you referring to the fuel filter?

nope ross my old saxo was a vtr, i still have one of my saxo's and its not a diesel either. im just not with it atm lol

remove the fuel pipe for the tank, drain it all off.

fill up with about half a tank of petrol ;) then take it for a blast.
remove the plugs and clean them up.

you might get away with out changing the fuel filter

boz, thats what my dad said to me earlier regarding the size of the nozzle. i think because its an import it fitted. maybe in japan they have smaller nozzles ;) haha
also would i be able to see the fuel pipe easily. im not that handy with cars but havent really tried to do that much myself tbh

lol, they have small nozzles over there ;)

look under the rear or the car, you will see a spare wheel well and a black plastic fuel tank, you will probs be able to follow the pipe from the filler neck nozzle/petrol cap. then look for 2 pipes coming from the tank, they will be no thicker than a finger, on is a return and the other is a feed, dosnt matter which one you take off, best off taking the lowest one off. not sure what kind of connection they will be mind you, dont force anything.

omce most of it is out, fill up with petrol then drive at 60 ish on a sual carrage way in 4th for a while, keep it in high revs lowest gear possible to burn off any left over diesel. diesel burns at a higher temp iirc.
should be fine matey ;)

i have filled a van up with petrol and a petrol hire car with diesel, as long as its not too much, you can normally get away with it. although it may be ruff for a while lol

it wont run out though, you'll need the pump to be running for it to empty the tank. just syphon it out the pikey

btw, you blow not suck :P

should be alright if you do the tips above, it's when you put petty in a diesel that you're fooked
