Right i bought some mirror caps off someone on this site on the 10th of dec, didnt really pay much attention to the fact they didnt turn up asap as it was the run up christmas and we all know how bad royal mail is. Well the story goes they never turned up at all! as i payed through paypal i started a dispute, that never worked so i turned it into a claim (all the way through this the seller didnt not respond to any form of communication) So i've won the claim so i though great, but as there was no money in their paypal account i cant have it back. Refering to the title so now what do i do?

this seems to be hapening more and more not just on this site though. i think people who do this should be shot in the face with a pork pie and banned from ever owning anything
