Have to do a telephone list for work and everytime i type 0 it disappears can anyone help please?

set the cells to accept text not number, it wont regester the zero

right click, format cells, then pick text

Yep, right click in the cell and goto format. In one of the tabs there, there is an option for cell type. Change it from number to text. Press OK once you've done that.

Once you've done that click (and hold) the black dot in the bottom right of the cell, and drag it down the column (presuming that they're all in the same column) and it will apply the same settings to all the cells that you selected
