Do poeple actually still have that?!

what speed have you got?

im repping 1.5mb d/l lol right at the bottom of the braudband scale :(

i have tiscali 2mb. which is about as fast as i can get around here. although tiscali are a bit inconsistant with the speed.

There are still quite a few people, mainly those away from population centres. It's still a very good thing though to design sites for 56K, or to provide low-graphic versions.

The US and Australia still have large numbers of people on dial up, and this is not expected to change for several years.

im on Be There broadband Upto 24mb.

i get about 8 because our house's phone wireing is shocking, getting it rewired from scratch in a few weeks hopefully.

we dont live that far from the exchange, not even a mile.

I have virgin 2mb, i can have 16mb if i like but i cant see the point i dont download movies or anything that often, il just leave computer on overnight.

Family guy episodes take less then 5 mins so all is good :A:

They are bringing in 64MB from the states for businesses this year and we will have 32MB available soon which imao is too much lol

wtf! where do you download from?

i think japan or china is on 100mb atm! lmao thats when i last checked like a year or 2 ago, and belgium i think was on 70mb but they use firbre wires or sumthing. had to do all this for my college course.

Running 20mb, downloads take a fraction of a second and online games shows me with the best latency :y:

Tbh your not as unlucky as me im supposed to be getting the big whopping 16mb from sky but i only seem to be getting 4mb :(.
They gave me some bs story about moving my router somewhere else in my house but i know it wont work as it is still on the same line lol, such idiots around these days.
