Hey guys stumbled across this forum yesterday when I was looking for stuff for my wee Saxo, just passed the driving test on wednesday there and bought myself an 01 VTR in poseidon blue - don't know what i've let myself in for as i haven't driven one yet and im used to a 1ltr fiesta :omg:

Anyway here it is, it gets picked up on monday - totally standard apart from a dodgy JVC head unit and window tints.

Nice car matey, just take it easy for a few days get used to the power, if you are ganna floor it make sure your in a pretty much empty road, i remember the torque steer the frist time being really quite harsh.

For the moment the only plans I've got is to colour code the grill, lower it by 50mm and get some half decent components installed. The only thing I'm worried about is the all round tints - is there any way I can have them checked to see if they're legal or not?

the front tints are compleatly illegal, the rest will be ok though, i reccomend taking the front ones out before you get a fine, or even points!

can should look alot better nice and low

Thanks, the last thing I need is points on my licence, I called up the garage and they're gonna remove the front tints for me.

nice car bruv! dnt worry ur get use to it quickly, buy an induction kit liven it up
