unlucky to here about your accident mate!! how badly is the saxo damaged??
by the sounds of things, it sound like its your word against his! if you can get/find witnesses that saw the accident and can say that they saw you indicating before you turned then that will help in your favour
if you need someone to host the pics of your crash, email them to me at jamie_burrows_85@hotmail.com and i will host em for ya
hey mate hope ya alright! if u indicated and checked all ya mirrors then i dont see there being a problem because as u say u did everything u were supposed to. its just a way of prooving it! were there witnesses?

ok, calm down my friend. Even if you did not indicate it wont be your automatically your fault. Indicators are not a 'legally binding# thingymebob! I.E if you are in a side road and the car on main road is indicating to turn off, so you pull out but he doesnt turn off and crash it would be your fault. Hope this helps, it should go in your favour mate.
All the best

how old are you will_salem?
did you also know that as soon as you report an accident, it is considered YOUR fault unless proved otherwise!?!
i found this out as after i had one of my accidents. i telephoned my insurance company and they had removed two years no claims bonus, but if the accident turned out to be another persons fault (which it was) then the no claims bonus would be re-instated.

i am 18 , and a didnt no that it is considered my fault unless proven, so does that work the other way when the bloke reported it , it is considered his fault aswell unless proven,
could u tell me rufferly what happened in the accident you were name mate

both parties are at fault unless proved otherwise (i.e. no claims bonus of both parties are removed and then MAY be put back on depending on the outcome).
the one i was talking about was a little knock in a car park. cars were parking and a woman in a 4x4 in front of me tried to turn into a space, but realised she wasnt going to make it. so, she reversed and the spare wheel on the boot put a nice crease in my off side wing.
i had a courtesy car, etc... which i paid for and also paid the excess to get my car back. as soon as she was found to be guilty, i had it all refunded, but it did take a while. that is only because i was with a cheap insurance company.
cheap insurance = cheap service

May be worth seeing if you can check out any surrounding CCTV cameras for viewing of you indicating, or as said, if witesses give statements.
Surely the motorcycle should have been overtaking though? of was it just on a road with a side road next to it, or was it a junction ?
