If you want it for looks then go for it, for track then proper cage. Bear in mind in a crash a show cage may split in half and stab you in the head. Wouldn't say they were chavvy, fuck what others think anyway, if you like it then get one. :)

I think they are a waste of money and you might aswell get a proper roll cage.As sean said they can be dangerous in a crash but if you got a proper cage it will make your car safer in a crash.

they look ok i dont mind them, jus put off by the fact they can be quite dangerous. and tbf i think if i put one in my 1.1 i would look a complete tit

a show cage is more dangerous than not having anycage imo,

theyre so brittle yet hard metal, i wouldnt want one near my head in a crash.

imo they look good thats why i bought one although most people will disagree and say yer get a proper roll cage etc etc, its up to you

although im prob gonna get rid of mine soon for a proper cage and ive only had it 3 weeks :fcuk:

personally i dont like show cages, get a real roll cage ftw. To me a show cage would be like fitting a empty supercharger casing into your engine bay - might look good but does sweet fa, just my opionon tho its your car do what u like not what others like

IMO avoid why make out you have something you don't when the real deal is out there? point less weight adding feature i think mate, save for somthing better :y:
