Thought i'd just do abit of a mini progress thread and just see your opinions on my car! Bought it back in august 07 with only 42,000 miles on it! 2 owners 1 of which was an older guy who had it for just a few months and then bought by a female. Been looking for a nice one for a very long time and wasnt really looking for a mk1 but fell for it when i saw it! well here are some pictures of how she was whithin the first month of having her...

Looked around to do some thing different and not really seen a green saxo with white VTR wheels so decided id start off with that and wack steelies on and refurb the standards

Next job was lowering her so decided to drop her 60mm all round, always thought it looked good and bought a pipercross induction kit as it looks so much better then a K&N! Also put bonnet raiser's on to keep the cold air flow going and so here she looks now!...

Looks good man, i had some white vtr wheels to go on my green sax but didn't bother in the end. Looks trdy although not feeling the raised bonnet.

thanks mate! one of the wheels needs re-doing though because the paints reacted with the alloy which was gutting!

Looks very nice! Good choice on exhaust... maybe get some MK2 tail lights... would freshen up the back end :)

Yeh thats going to be future plans, get it all colour coded and flush my boot also got to redo my rear wheels as the pain reacted so will go over the engine at the same time. Got some engine mods too but havnt decided exactly on what im going to do so ill put that in here when i get round to it, focusing on getting it nice for the summer!

Yeha looks nice and suttle but i have to agree i dont like the idea of bonnet raisers just looks like you have been in a crash and its pushed the bonnet up and you could be bothered to put it right.

Good choice on the white wheels, the bonnet raiser looks out of place, never really liked them. Go for a colour coded theme, and maybe angel eyes.

mk2 rears, black angel eyes...bonnet raisers off...bmc cda or raceland induction. looks ace tho mate keep it up

New plates, Tuck that maggy in more, Throw the raisers away, When you come too sort that wheel out take them all off and do them silver again, maybe HID......and it's a stunner!

Don't like the white on green pal if I'm being honest.

You've got a very nice, low milage MK1.
