smoothie recipies

just got a smoothie and juice maker a few days ago, also got a shed load of fruit for it, the fridge is looking rather healthy for a change ;)

i have had a few concoctions, bannana, strawberry etc

anyone else make them, got any good ideas for them?

i have been using a wee bit of milk and natural yogurt with the fruit.

haha I think your doing it pretty much right mate. I remember the old days of making banana smoothies. Never had a smoothie maker though - just used the blender. I used to use this one quite a bit:

i hate dirty oranges, no way am i going to put that in a smoothie :(

think i mite go exotic and get some mad fruits, i like mangos and that ;)

only probs is, i tend to make loads and just pig out on it lol

never thourght of banging ice or ice cream in there lol

i made a nana smoothie with a green nana, wasnt ripe yet and it was rank :(

i recon they will need to be nearly brown, when they smell like a nana from the outside and are soft ;)

i got it from currys, it juices and has a smoothie blender type thing that goes on, you just remove the juicer bit and fit the smoothie jug on top of that ;)

its a breville one and was £30ish. well worth the cash.

i had some real apple juice this morning, took about 6apples, but was nice ;)
