Hey, i've got my car lowered 50mm all round but now with a massive weight constantly in the back its dropped even further...ive got about an inch of travel i think before the suspension will bottom out.

Also im soon getting 8x14 wheels so i need to seriously stiffen the suspension, as the wheels will come pretty much flush with the side of the car/arches and cant afford too much travel.

Will bump stops be enough to solve my probelm??

no bump stops wont help at all to stiffen the rear neither will shocks they will only help control the rear, the ONLY way yo stiffen up the rear is thicker torsion bars which are not cheap. You could always get the rear end raised and use the weight to lower it

OK thanks, have i been told right mind that the bump stops will stop the car from bottoming out?

that essentially is the car bottoming out, once it hits the bumpstops the suspension cannot travel any further without removing the bumpstops or cutting them in half. This would give the suspension some more travel but ultimately your shocks will be bottoming out constantly and it wont be long til they are goosed
