is the stud fitment the same?
with out trying this i wouldnt know, but before i potentially embaress myself i thought id ask anyones previous experiences !!
(4 stud mondeo wheels are what i was thinking of)
as far as i have been told the onlything that is different for fitment is the inner locating ring that situates the alloy on the hub.
thanx

LOL! ^^
Ford wheels are usually ET35. Only 20mm spacers needed to fit.
Mine are ford fitment and Im running 25mm spacers to stick em out that bit more.

i believe there are spacers on the car already, although having never taken the wheels off at any point i may have to cross my fingers.
iv bought the car less the wheels you see, obviously having to get a replacement set before driving away.
(ford rims in the garage ((bonus))

It is a Saxo your talking about right?
So the car is wheel less currently? Check the size of the spacers, if there anything
less than 20mm, like 10mm or 5mm then the Ford wheels may be unsafe to fit
on the car (wheel may sit too far in depending on spacer size)
If its a 20mm spacer and your sure you have ET35ish wheels going on you will
be okay.

yea tis a saxo,
its currently got 17" wheels on, and i was intending to put similar size on with the ford rims, however they may be slightly wider.

There ya go
What does PCD mean?
PCD stands for (pitch circle diameter), this is the diameter of a circle drawn through the center of your wheel's bolt holes. PCD is measured in millimetres and also indicates the number of studs or bolts the wheel will have. The most common fitment has 4 studs with a PCD of 100mm, hence the fitment 4x100. Check the fitment guide above to check the fitment of your car, if you are unsure consult a technician.
What does OFFSET (et) mean?
Your car requires a unique offset. This is where the wheel will sit in relation to the bodyline of the vehicle, realistically you can go 5-7mm outside these recommendations, but always consult a technician if you are unsure, as there are often other factors that need to be considered. Offset is usually stamped on the wheel and is measured in millimetres of et (et is the short form of the German word 'Einpresstiefe' which literally translates as insertion depth).

Was looking at that kit, would they be safe? or would it be better just to get longer bolts?
