knockin noise

can any1 help, i get a knockin noise when i release my clutch in first n reverse gear and i get a bangin noise cumin from under the car when i change gear or change to a higher.

Check your engine mounts and driveshafts / CV joints lads.

yh my driveshafts need replacing nocks when i go round corners and iv checked the engine mounts there ok, it sounds like its coming from the exhaust to be honest i put a sportex 4" backbox on not long ago and when i changed the rubber gromet to bring the exhaust higer up instaed of hanging down quite abit it seems to knock n i dnt know wat to do wid it.

Take a look at the exhaust and see if it is rubbing on the car floor or low it to see if it goes
