missfier because of fuel?

baughts some fuel the other day and after about 4 miles the car started to missfire!

took it to the garage and they say it is the fuel that has caused it,

is this genuine ?

ask the petrol garage if anyone else had a problem if not i very very very much doubt it?

what thye done drain the fuel and tell you to fill up? wrong section btw needs to go in problems

no they said said they tightened something up, and then it ran a bit better,
