My first official RANT!

Right well first of all i will say sorry but this really starting to piss me off!

i had my car lowered 50mm just over a month ago end ever since then ive realised that the number of twats on the road is increasing!

I have 5 big speed bumps down my road - so to make sure i dont do my car any damage i have to go over these very slowly - im talking about 5mph.. and every morning when im going to work some idiot will come up right behind me and is virtually on the speed bump exactly the same time as me!
It really pisses me off! can they not see that im going over them slow for a reason and do they honestly think that by almost hitting me its going to make me speed up?

I had little sleep Wednesday night and i was up early Thursday so was in a really bad mood and the same thing started to happen again with some idiot in a PUG 306. the first 3 speed bumps he was right up my arse.. so on the fourth one i just completely stopped on it and then i just gave him a look in my mirror. he soon got the hint!

Again i am sorry for the rant but i cant believe how ignorant some people are!

Anybody else have the same problems?

I havn't got mine lowered but I am a new driver, and my road is full of speed bumps and I don't go over 18mph goin down the road as it's a 20 zone with a school on, speed bumps and parked cars. Yet I still get people right behind me all the way, which pressurises me into going faster. I hate it..

you can get stopped for it aswell if the police see u.

Happens to me too. I don't let it get to me tho. If i did i'd be miserable all the time lol. Every street you go down in my village there's huuuuuge speed bumps. I learn't my lesson when i first got my car it ripped a hole in my cat!!!

But it depends how high the bumps are. The ones where i live are 100mm!!! i can't even go down that road since i got my car (it was all ready lowered) imo 100mm is too much

I'm with Mitchell and Alex on this one. You chose to lower your car, and now you inconvenience other road users because you can't negotiate a speed bump at a reasonable speed.

Do you complain about cars driving at 50 on the motorway? They are doing 20 less than the posted limit.

I have had it happen to me, it is annoying :rage:
The speed bumps really need pulling out because at the end of the day it don't stop people speeding in stolen cars etc.. the bumps are a fu**ing nuisance :rage:

Gotta agree really with lowering of the car.

Like what has been said, it was your decision to lower it so now you slow everyone down. When I had mine lowered, I decided to take a different route so I didn't annoy anybody.

speed bumps are suppose to slow people down anyway.
if you go fast enough in between the bumps, you should make up the time lost going over them. no need to stress out, if people wanna go over speed bumps faster than you then let them, its their car they are going to f*ck over in the end

I get it all the time too! They've just put one up at ASDA near me, wasn't too sure how big it was so was trying to go slowly, then freaking stall it :oops:

I also get it when the roads a 20mph too, one near me goes from 30mph to 20mph, had some chav speed right up my arse and was about to over take me then noticed to plods walking on the street. I then decided to drive 20mph all the way home for revenge! :P

i get this too, i normally avoid bumped rounds being 80mm at back but sometimes u cnt miss these roads, i honestly dont care if im going too slow as i speed up inbetween them and i wont damage my car because some muppet is in a rush, if they got a problem then overtake imo.

Waste of time/fuel, un necessary wear on the brakes, engine blah blah, migt as well go over the bumps at the speed limit!
