no probs, only thing i would do different is, when i refurb wheels, i always take the tyre off the im rather than leaving it on

I got them shotblasted (the joys of working in motor trade) and just filled cracks in and used some wet and dry to get rid of rest and sand down filler.

It's no probs. Um, i don't know may other places that have a shot blaster, it's because my boss relines brakes on old cars and uses it for that. I just did it myself, not got a clue on what it would be price wise. Might work if you get it sand blasted, don't know?? Probably worth phoning around, or you could always do it by hand, could maybe use something that will buff the paint off??
