1. When the car is first started (2000 diesel) it makes a very load squealing noise for the first few miles then stops. It is not the fan belt as I have replaced that. When the car is cool again it makes the noise again. I get some stares first thing in the morning .:panic:
2. Drivers electric window winds down about a third then stops. But if I open the door slightly it works okay. :homme:

Can anyone help please. :drink:

Okay I can loose the noise if I take it to 2000 revs but when it has to idle it is back. Once it is warm it goes again.

bad earth possable for window may coz engine problem too not alowing somthing to earth properly

crack in the wire, or bad earth,

Is the fan belt tight enough ?

Fan belt tight and things earthing properly.
