Asked a few people now and joe snow test drove my car today, the steering just isnt precise at all. Can move the wheel left and right and the wheels dont move.

All thats been done is 4 new tyres on new wheels all round.

What needs done the tracking? i asked the guy at a back street garage and he said dont need tracking done unless pulling to one side :panic: :panic:

If you are turning the wheel left to right and the track rod end a steering colmun is ok then it will be the rack

They are exactly the same, only tracking is usually just the front wheels and the four wheel alignment means that they line up the front wheels to the rears, so all is in perfect harmony!!:y:
