Radio Memory Problem???

Hi, I have a MK2 saxo desire 02 plate and it never remembers my radio stations or where i was on my cd whenever i turn the car off.

Does anybody know what i have to do?

I have a sony cd player.

pop the head unit put mate and just swap the red and yellow wires round. so it should have red to yellow and yellow to red. it looks wrong but is right.
