Blown Relay

hi all, just registered to your forums.

I was driving my saxo today and accidently left the rear screen heater on all day! I noticed an odd smell and smoke started coming out of the passenger side vents. i opened the fuse box and noticed the yellow relay (12v 25a) had been burnt.

was just wondering if these things are easily available to buy and if it will be safe to drive the car to get a new relay?

im not the best wen it comes to electrics but do you mean the little fuses? if so there very easy to buy from halfords etc.

Hey thanks for the reply, the relays are just above the little fuses (3 boxes if i remember, 1 yellow (blown) and 2 or 3 white) in the fuse box just under the glove box (1.1 model)

if you go along to Citroens mate you will only be charged a few quid for one of these.
