How to remove back seats?

Right after some thinking, im off to ikea at the weekend and think it would be best if i was to remove the rear seats is it hard to do? and then put them back again? or just fold them down? :) :afro:

get in the boot two bolts each side removes the back rest

push sitting part forwar theres four or five bolts if i can remeber
