Afternoon All!

Having a parcel delivered by DHL this week but no one will be in to accept.

NOw being the kind citizen i am do you reckon it will be possible to ring DHL, explain the situation and ask them to just hold the item at depot (1mile from my home)???

Saves them time and money that way

if you or no-one else is in, then they'll try to deliver, but take it back to the depot anyway, so it doesn't really matter mate.

By ringing up and arranging for the item to be held back off the van you would be creating more work for them so I'd just leave it.
