Sleeping patterns and habits.....
Went to sleep on Monday night and woke up at about 3a.m absolutley sweating my nads off. It was as if id jumped into a pool of water. But it wasnt warm or anything. Freezing hypothermic cold to be exact.
Last night I woke up at about 2 a.m. and crawled out of bed to have a pish that lasted about 5 minutes solid.
Anyone see a correlation? No idea me. Diddnt Leckie have a similar problem?
As far as a change of lifestlye goes none really but have been working a lot more in the stress zone! lol.
There is one thing I could put it down to and thats drinking a lot more water. I drink about 3 litres a day possibly more. But sweat like a bastard when im down the gym and id of thought my creatine absorbs a good chunk of that anyway......
