sorry this is pretty basic, but came to change a headlight bulb today and the black plastic plug you have to pull off WILL NOT budge! do you have to pinch any clips in to get it off?

Yeah they sometimes can be stuck on, they just pull off mate. You will just have to keep trying, you can try moving it up and down very slightly to try and free it up a bit.

thanks, yeah i just gave them a good pull and they shifted! i put some blue bulbs from halfords in there, and wished id never bothered, they look the same as the old ones!

LOL yeah the good old "ice blue" bulbs, sound good but dont look very good :n:

yeah might do that....anyone know if the blue sidelight bulbs are any better? and has anyone got any bulbs that actually look blue to recommend?

The "blue" sidelights are just as bad, if you want them to look blue then get some led's,

Alot of people have bought these, when lit they look blue.

buy some white led sidelights from halfords (£9.99)
nd then Ultra Blue headlights (dunno wot price)
trust me there is a hell of a difference between them an standards.
