Squeeky steering

everytime i turn the steering wheel theres a little squeek coming from in front of me. does that mean that power steering fluid may be a little low?

My steering doesn't squeak but mine whines.

Mine is the same.. I don't hear it that often though..

It happens when i'm driving slow (on an estate/street)
