Was out in the car last night and some guys in an E30 325i kept on accelerating and then slowing in front of me. You could really see the weight shift when they booted it. I guessed they wanted to race me. Anyway I didn't take the bait, wasn't really in the mood, just wanted a chilled midnight drive so I ignored them.

Anyway, we turned out of the 30 limit and onto the dual carriageway; they were infront of me still. I saw them try to accelerate away from me; they were obviously caning it because there was dust and shit coming out of the back! I put my foot down and literally left them for dead. I decided not to go too much over the limit, so when they eventually caught up they were rally booting it!

Anyway at the light at the next roundabout they were next to me and were playing their indian music really loud trying to intimidate me i guess lol. I just ignored them the whole time and even found time to pick my nose.

I think it must have annoyed them that I didn't seem to make an effort to race, yet still left them for dead. Made sure I did it at those lights too, but without looking like i was trying!

It's times like that, that I love my car.

i raced a subaru back from hams hall all the way to birmingham city centre i kept up with him all the way.put a big smile on my face when he said what in thats its fucking fast. he said i left a renault 5 gt chasing him didnt even know had my eyes set on him lol

i know VTR's arent the fastest thing.... but i love having that extra bit of grunt over a 1.1/1.2 etc so when theyre driving like tw*ts and sitting up your arse and when you get onto an appropriate road.... can just smoke them :-D ... i also love the sound of my induction kit through the tunnel near my house ...... puts a huge grin on my face everytime i travel through

75bhp.

But he has a 1.6 16v conversion.

The info given above is for the French spec one that comes standard with twin 40's

Getting back from Uni seeing the car shining in the sunlight after the clean I gave her the day before.

Travelling to the beach on a glorious summers day driving by the sea then travelling around twisty country roads with the windows down back to the campsite, Next morning trying to drive off only to be stuck in the mud and spraying half the tent :p

When i annihlate alot more expensive cars, when its cold and i set climate control to 28 and it almost instantly fires up from cold :)
